	JERRY HOWELL, President and Founder jerry@mbebarter.com Jerry incorporated MBE in 1980, after having spent 5 years selling radio time for a local radio station. He is married to wife Elizabeth and has two grown children, Shantal and Amanda. Howell has also written a book entitled “The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Barter and Trade Exchanges.” Release is set for December 2009. Howell hopes the book will be turned into a movie featuring lots of car chases and gratuitous love scenes involving the talented and lovely Jessica Alba. Howell will play himself. Jerry is also working on a humor book, publication details are incomplete, but he hopes to get on Oprah where he’ll then make lots of money. When Howell is not writing impertinent sophomoric humor, he is out there working with non-profits, so they too can benefit from barter. MBE currently does one third of its trade volume with non-profits and counts over a hundred charities as members. If that’s not enough to keep him out of trouble, he is also president of National Voice Exchange, an internet platform that barters voices among radio stations. In short, he is a disciple of barter in many forms.

	DAVE FORSTER, IT Manager dave@mbebarter.com Mr. Forster is manager of IT for MBE. Dave has been associated with MBE since 1983, first as a member and since 1986 as a staff member. Previously, he owned a number of restaurants and entertainment establishments. Dave also has an extensive background in broadcasting. His interests include collecting music and music memorabilia.

	OMAR TOWGHI, Trade Department Manager omar@mbebarter.com Mr. Towghi heads up the barter division of Midwest Business Exchange. Omar has been with MBE since 2000. Previous to that, he served as the Trade Department Manager and Sales Manager with Metro Trading Association, serving the Detroit metropolitan area. Omar has a bachelor degree in telecommunications from Michigan State University. He is married and has two beautiful children who have inherited Omar's wonderful sense of humor.

	LANCE DORSEY, Customer Service and Accounting lance@mbebarter.com Mr. Dorsey has been with MBE since 2003. He serves the accounting department and assists in customer relations. Lance previously worked in administrative positions in the landscape supply industry. Lance enjoys all manner of outdoor activities, including biking, hiking, and running.

	Steve Dykehouse, Membership Chairman steve@mbebarter.com Steve has owned and managed several MBE member businesses for more than 20 years. He is a marketing consultant with experience using trade to gain new customers and increase revenue. His mission is to strategically add members to the exchange. Passions include the word of God, listening to and performing music, hiking, kayaking and helping people work smarter not harder.
